Browse the database by residue (thumbnail overview)

The following table allows you to search the SIMS database by browsing through 773 SIMS species thumbnail images. They are arranged by tray and species in "just as they are in the archive" order, different surfaces not discriminated. With the exception of Ca on MOS detectors, substrate signals have been removed. The links in the ALL column allow access to all thumbnail images for a given tray and might cause memory problems. The ion images are, as all other SIMS images in this archive, not corrected for ion yield, different sets of channels plates beam current or other instrument parameters that affect signal intensities.
