Coordinate Values

• The MOS feature location information is limited to reporting the x,y coordinate of the sensor in the LDEF M&D SIG based coordinate system and have error values of approximately plus and minus 30 mm. With few exceptions, no coordinates of impact locations of the SIMS analyses could be found as the features were selected using scratch marks. No records for coordinates of SEM images were found.
• No coordinate postitions for Ge witness plates and Au impacts could be found or obtained within the period of time for the archival process.
• The coordinates given for the S1003 Al craters are relative to the sample the aluminum surface had been cut into.
